Wait well

I have been learning in this season of life…

Waiting is not a punishment from God. It can, at times, be a test of faith.

Will you bow down to your fleshly desires?

Or will you submit to God’s desires and promises?

Sarai (Sara) and Abraham waited on God.

Naomi and Ruth waited.

Esther waited.

I have found beauty in waiting. That is where character is built. Transformation comes in the waiting seasons of life.

In the waiting, I have seen circumstances and people come and go. I have had periods of loneliness. Defeat. Desperation.

But…what I have learned is that, in the waiting, God is carrying me. He is leading me. He is guiding me. And most importantly, He is loving me.

So, in the waiting, I will trust in God. Because through Him (Christ) I have strength. Through Him, I have grace. Through Him, I can see the things that are unseen (faith). And in the waiting, it becomes even more evident that my identity is not in people, places or things. But in the Creator of everything. Jesus Christ, my Lord and Saviour.

Wait well❤️.

What's it gonna take?

What's it gonna take America?

What's it gonna take for you to turn and repent for the sins committed in our nation? What's it gonna take to turn from your lewdness and laciviousness? The blood of unborn babies are crying out to the Father.

What's it gonna take for us to realize that you were wrong along? That we cannot change our identity. That the Lord marked us with male or female before we were born? What is it gonna take to stop hating? What is it gonna take for us to stop holding bitterness and hatred toward our brother or sister? Mother or father? What's it gonna take America?

It's gonna take the Church interceding. For us becoming one Body. For us to stop with our own selfish ambitions and to turn to God. It's gonna take the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:3).

Jesus said, if you love mother or father, even yourself more than me, you are not fit to be my disciples (Matthew 10:37). He also said,  "If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and turn from their wickedness" (2 Chronicles 7:14).

So I more so ask myself, my brothers and sisters in Christ: What's it gonna take?...

In loving memory of my brother in Christ, Charlie Kirk. Martyred for doing what it took.
